These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of InfoMe.com (the "Service"), including the Web directory, Images, Videos, E-Mail, Software directory, Games, News, Shopping, and Classifieds sections. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to legally agree to these Terms in your country of residence.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or submit content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, contains malware, or that you don't have permission to share. This applies to every submission type on the Service, including web listings, images, videos, software downloads, game embeds, news feeds, shop listings, and classifieds ads.
Content submitted through Web, Images, Videos, Software, Games, and Classifieds is reviewed by our moderators before it appears publicly, and may be approved, rejected, or removed at our discretion at any time, including after approval. You retain ownership of what you submit, but you grant InfoMe.com a license to host, display, and distribute it through the Service.
The free email service provided under infome.com is for personal, non-commercial use. Sending spam, unsolicited bulk mail, or messages that violate these Terms may result in suspension of your mailbox and account.
Purchases made through the Shopping section are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. All sales are subject to the pricing and availability shown at checkout; refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Classifieds listings are provided by users, not by InfoMe.com. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and are not responsible for the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including through the moderation tools available in our admin area.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfoMe.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
